A Brazilian Platform for International Talent Discovery
EROS New Faces is a scouting and talent-curation initiative created to connect emerging Brazilian models with established agencies in international fashion and advertising markets.
Our role is to identify, pre-screen and present suitable new faces according to each partner agency’s professional requirements.
We do not promise representation or guaranteed work. Final evaluation and any future contractual relationship remain entirely at the discretion of the international agency.

The international agency independently decides whether it wishes to proceed with further evaluation, development, representation or placement.

No candidate is promised guaranteed representation, employment, international travel or professional success.
Any international opportunity remains subject to the independent approval and contractual procedures of the receiving agency.
